Basic Invite is a website that allows customers to instantly create unique, fully customized wedding invitations, birth announcements, shower cards, holiday cards, and more.

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our office. While we have a high satisfaction rate amongst our customers, issues can arise. Responding to these issues thoroughly and promptly is critical to our success and maintaining high ratings and good rapport with our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-day responsibilities involve being available to assist team members as they answer questions, respond to customers, and work towards resolutions. When not directly helping other employees, responsibilities include fielding phone calls, answering emails, and processing orders.

Among other daily tasks, the Customer Service Manager is also responsible for reviewing employee and team performance, preparing and hosting training sessions, and providing solutions for the team to utilize in day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to read customers and respond to requests quickly and efficiently

Comfortable troubleshooting

Ability to type quickly and maintain proper grammar

Excellent work ethic, ability to stay on task

Tech-savvy

Detail-oriented

Clear communication

Maintain a calm, collected demeanor with every customer and employee in stressful situations

EXPERIENCE

Experience working with and solving issues for customers is critical.

HOURS

Monday - Friday: 10 AM-6 PM
